Once again because of the US Postage rate increases I have had to raise the shippingcharges. This is a much larger increase on International customers because the post office has changed the International rate structure to match the US standards for letters. I havemade the decision to ship the stamps at the parcel letter rate instead ofregular letter rate. Regular letter rate mail is processed by machinewhich means it is often bent and could cause damage to the stamps orthe envelope. I think it is better to spend a little extra to makesure the stamps arrive undamaged and intact. I always try to use goodcollectable stamps on my mailings. I hope you understand this decision.
