Four interesting covers/Postcards from the King Edward 7 & George 5 Period.

First item is a postcard real photo postcard of people walking through "The Gardens" in Bournemouth. The card bears a KE7 Halfpenny stamp cancelled with a clear Bournemouth double ring c.d.s. dated September 6th 1909. A few bumps and cracks but nice enough.

The second postcard is a colour Tucks card of "picturesque Derbyshire" addressed to Sale in 1921. The card bears a 1d KGV definitive but attracted a 1d To Pay surcharge mark "498". As a result a 1d Postage Due stamp has been attached and cacnelled with a small, single ring c.d.s. for Sale.

Postcard three shows a nice colour scene of The Beach, Brighton. Lots of boats and people. Te card has a Downey Head Halfpenny stamp attached (Early KGV issue) cancelled with an early machine cancellation.

The fourth item is a 1920 registered envelope sent from Worcester in England to a Private in the Worcestershire Regiment in Chaubattia, India. The envelope then got redirectd on arrival to Bareilly (receiving mark on reverse). Scarce item.
