STAMP LOT COLLECTION STATE FLAG FDC SET & 1886 COVER PLUS OTHER DECORATIVE AND FIRST DAY COVERS

First off, please allow me to say that I do not know this topic. Listed for auction is a set of State Flag first day covers that came out in 1976. All fifty are present and all are the same design. There is a cover from 1886 with George Washington on the stamp. It is just the front of the cover or envelope as the rear of the envelope is missing. There are 10 decorative covers that look as if they were hand made. Not sure if they are dated first day of issue or not. One was opened and examined during the Second World War by a censor. They are all marked "Philatelic Cancellation Appreciated" on the top right side of the cover. There are four other first day covers that came out when postage was five and six cents, late sixties early seventies. There are three other covers. Two with United States Commemorative stamps and one with a British or English stamp. Hopefully the photos will provide you with other information you might need.
